Foot pain: Where in your foot is the pain. Does the pain go away when you rest and come back when you are on your feet. What kind of shoes do you wear. Most foot pain has wearing poor fitting shoes as the cause.

Plantar fasciitis: You could have plantar fasciitis. An anti inflammatory such as Motrin should help.
