Yes: If its swollen you likely have a secondary infection and may need to be on an antibiotic. Residual glass may still be embedded in your foot. See a foot doctor.

Maybe: If pain, redness and swelling increase it may indicate residual glass in the foot, which might lodge deeper or cause infection. See a podiatrist for relief. Good luck!
