A member asked:

Is there one medication that can replace lyrica, (pregabalin) lortab, and my pain patches?

No: Each drug has a seaprate mechanism of action. Lortab a strong morphine like pain killer-hydrocodone combined with Acetaminophen (tylenol); Lyrica (pregabalin) an anticonvulsant medication (pregabilin), and your pain patches could be a local anesthetic (lidoderm), a non steroidal anti inflammatory (flectorpatch) or another morphine like drug (fentanyl patch); no single drug will have all those actions.

Probably Not: These meds all address different functions. An alternative might be aggressive physical therapy geared to your specific situation.
