Not if negative: If you're home pregnancy test is negative repeatedly over time then you can rest assured that you are not pregnant.

May have tested too: Too soon. Home pregnancy tests start turning positive about 7-10 days after the missed period. You may wish to repeat the test in a week or so or see your doctor for a more sensitive blood test. See this site for signs of pregnancy. http://www.webmd.com/baby/guide/pregnancy-am-i-pregnant.
