Gall bladder: Classic gall bladder symptos include right upper quadrant pain with radiation to between shoulder pain most common 1-2 hours after ingesting fatty meal. Also aggravated by certain vegetables including broccoli.

Maybe gallbladder: If pain happens after meals, is worse after greasy items, associated with nausea and vomiting, gallstones are a likely cause. Pain can radiate to right shoulder too. Important to see your doc for ultrasound and blood work to ensure. Liver and pancreas labs are normal.
