Any help would be welcome. my face and eyes are puffed up and one side of my face is sore and i also have malaise. what could be causing it and what can i do to treat it?

General swelling: And soreness is non specific. But you could have an infection. Do you have a fever? Is there pain in any one spot? Any vision loss? See a doctor - the structures of your face are all very close together. An infection in one part can easily move to another area. For instance sinusitis can cause orbital cellulitis.
