Sertraline: I am not aware of vaginal burning as a side effect or adverse event from any of the ssri's including zoloft (sertraline).

Burning Bush: No, sertraline does not cause "vagina burning." i would also recommend you be tested for sexually transmitted diseases to rule out other causes.
