I hurt my knee while playing football(the left one). I can walk on it but can't stand straight with it. My knee and the side of my hamstrings feels locked. And sometimes if I walk to far up it feels like my knee is hyper extending.
So i had played 6 games of volleyball in a tourney, so now i can't straighten out my knee when i walk, but i can laying down. Whats the problem?
