Round ligament pain?: If you aren't having any other symptoms, (ie. Urinary frequency, fever, abnormal vaginal discharge) and the pain only happens with movement, then its likely musculoskeletal pain (ie. Round ligament pain or pubic symphysis). Seeing your OB provider would help differentiate which one it is. If you are having any of the other symptoms listed above, see a provider.
