Anything possible: I suppose anything is possible, but I am not aware of any specific relationship between Amitriptyline and tooth pain.

Unlikely: Is not usual for this medication to cause any type of pain, you need to visit your dentist so he/she can do a good exam and determine the cause of your pain.
