Medications: . Patients with oab have abnormal involuntary bladder contractions/spasms causing them to have urinary urgency, frequency and incontinence. Bladder diet: avoid bladder irritants like caffeine, alcohol, soda, citrus juices.Medications: bladder relaxing medicines may be prescribed.
