Several: Cardio-inhibitory form of vasodepressor reflex. Complete heart block as might occur during myocardial infarction, myotonic dystrophy, or lyme disease. Iatrogenic complete heart block from medical procedures. Use of beta blockers in patients with sick sinus syndrome. There are probably others but these come to mind.
