Most likely not a : Back problem but a gastrointestinal one like irritable bowel syndrome , ulcerative colitis or crohn's disease to name a few possibilities. Lactose intolerance or gluten issues could be an issue or even a parasitic infection or a c. Difficle infection. See your physician.
