Many newer models!: There are many newer generations of hard lenses. There are now ones with soft skirts, so they feel like a soft contact lens, but have the sharpness of the hard contact lenses. Unfortunately, there are fewer docs that know how to properly fit them. See a good, experienced optometrist that can do it, or refer you to one that can!
