Lens plunger: There are a special lens plunger for gpcl. You may need to moist your eye and displaced the lens down ward for easier removal without causing injury to your cornea. Please make sure you have a good fit.

Practice: If you are having trouble getting your lenses out, try putting in some rewetting drops and try again. If this is a chronic problem, return to the place you got your contacts for more lessons.
