I don't think so: A gyn would really need to look at what you are describing in order to tell if it is normal or not. However, it is likely normal and simply some redundant vaginal "flesh" or part of your hymen that you are noticing. Contact your gyn for an examination.

Tissue: Sounds like a piece of tissue, menstrual lining or fragment of tampon. If you feel well, i wouldn't worry about it.
