Timing: One important way to boost fertility is making sure you are having sexual intercourse around the time of ovulation. A simple way to do that is to buy an ovulation kit at a local pharmacy. When the kit turns positive that is the optimum time to have sex.

Being healthy AND: It's important to live a healthy lifestyle, because poor choices can decrease fertility. The man should avoid high levels of heat (hot tubs, laptop on the lap, etc.) as these can destroy sperm. No smoking, and only a few alcoholic drinks per week at most. Get an ovulation predictor kit and have relations on the day it turns positive and the next day. Good luck!
