See a physician: Memory problems in the elderly have many causes, some as simple as being very sensitive to metabolic changes or medication or even constipation. More serio weight loss, sleep disturbance, and memory problems can also simply reflect depression. However, with changes in sleep and weight prompt medical assessment is needed and referral to specialists as needed. Further neuro eval if ? Of dementia.
