It is preferable: For you to take levothyroxine only. Levothyroxine is meant to control your hormones produced by your thyroid gland. Mixing marijuana (and/or possibly alcohol) may interfere with the medication's ability to work. So by smoking weeds, you take the risk the medication may not work the way it is suppose to.

Yes; no inteaction: There are only 12 pharmaceuticals known to interact with marijuana and thyroid hormone is not amongst them. Thus, to the best of our knowledge, using marijuana has no effect on the effectiveness of levothyroxine.
