Yes: Where/what kind of infection? Skin infection can be treated with topical antifungals. Urinary tract infection can usually be cured with fluconazole. Although many strains are relatively resistant to fluconazole(diflucan) the high levels achieved in urine overcome this. An invasive infection that is Diflucan resistant may need voriconazole or an echinocandin(micafungin).
