Take some Vitamin A: If you have a proven vitamin a deficiency, then oral and injectable vitamin a treatments are available. Night blindness, xerophthalmia, and susceptibility to infection are signs of true vitamin a deficiency. Vomiting, loss of appetite, and muscle pain are signs of vitamin a overdose.
