Clean 'em: Ceetainly, teeth should be cleaned before bleaching. When dentists control the procedure, we can check this. I assume you bought an over the counter bleaching kit that includes a "cleaning swab". I guess it depends on what this magic swab is, and how dirty your teeth are. Hint: if they are dirty or have lots of tarter, there is no magic cleaning swab that will work. See your dentist!
