Rare: Infection stiffness scar blood clot anesthesia risks instrument breakage all very rare. A great procedure in well trained hands.

Few complications: Are noted with arthroscopy. Like any surgery there is a risk of infection although significantly less than open procedures. There is a risk of cartilage damage from the instruments. There is a risk of cutaneous nerve injury. Dvt and other medical complications while reported are rare.
