What can cause the right eye to twitch?

Myokymia: Eyelid twitching can be due to blepharospasm, light sensitivity, and myokymia ( associated with fatique, chemical imbalance, eyestrain, etc) most of these are fairly benign, but see your ophthamologist if it worsens or becomes an issue.
