Very nonspecific: Small bright spots in the brain's white matter are a very nonspecific finding. It can be caused by vascular dz, migraine dz, demyelinating dz, or it can be idiopathic (no identifiable cause). You should discuss these findings with your doctor to better understand what it may mean for you.
