Aorta : Different parts of the aorta can vary but it would seem difficult to have the same part vary that much.

Aortic measurements: The typical abdominal aorta measures about 20-25 mm and is uniform in diameter along its entire course. Parts of the aorta, however, can enlarge and become an aneurysm. Aortic aneurysms are defined as a segment that is at least 50% larger than the normal segments of the aorta, so typically anything 30 mm and above. You likely have an aortic aneurysm and should consult with a vascular surgeon.
