A member asked:

What does an irregular suprapatellar plica at its femoral attachment mean?

A doctor has provided 1 answer

Depends: Probably a radiologist finding on an mri. Can be completely asymptomatic and normal finding. Plica are normal capsular structures that just imply areas of thickening. These occasionally can cause pain and would require clinical correlation.
