Strength and ROM: Typically after an Achilles repair rehab involves strengthening the muscles of the lower leg/ankle, while increase rom (range of motion) and flexibility. It is an area that must be rehabbed carefuly, as reinjuring the tendon is possible and certainly not ideal.
