Not best: Although there are some lenses designed for continued wearing, it is best to remove them daily. This way, your eyes are allowed to rest and recover the fliuds and oxygen needed for optimum health and longevity. Think in the long term not the short term, right now.

Yes: 3 factors of great importance: 1. Team effort -- surgical placement and restoration dentists must work together. 2. Experienced surgeon 3. Experienced restorative dentist see the specialists. Oral surgeon or periodontist and prosthodontist. Some prosthodontists do both. Experience vital.
