How is elbow tendonitis or ligament damage treated?

They are deferent: Tendonitis treat it with rest anti inflammatory medication and possibly steroid injection, in rear cases we do surgery for it. Ligaments injuries called sprain we grade them from 1 -2-3. For treatment some time we used braces or splints, cast or surgical repair.
