Brace, ice, inject: Tennis elbow affects the outer prominent aspect of your blow. It is usually due to overuse (e.., too much tennis). Treatment is nonoperative and can consist of rest, ice, nsaids, bracing, nd local steroid injection. Rarely, surgery is indicated. Also referred to as lateral epicondylitis.
