No: I would switch mouthwashes, try one called smart mouth, it's very effective and leaves no aftertaste or film on teeth.

No: Which mouth wash are you using? And, are you brushing your teeth properly at least twice a day? You may have the start of cavities which can leave microscopic sharp edges on the enamel which catch food. See your dentist for an examination.
