How does bone pain differ from muscle pain?

Pain is pain: You cannot tell muscle pain from bone pain. They both hurt. Only a physical exam and x-ray can make the right diagnosis.

?: I don't kno if i can answ or if it can be. Pain is pain. Lets say you have a painful lower leg, hurts to bear wt, walk etc. Muacle pain can be palpated by grabing and pushing on them. The tibia is superficial and you can tap on it top 2 botm and elicite pain if boney. Musc pn usually better with rest unless under hoigh presr as in compartment synd. Any sever or worsening pain need to be evaluated.
