Usually not: There are a host of other illnesses that can affect vision. The most common are hypertension and diabetes. I recommend you see your primary care doctor and schedule an eye exam. Be sure to get your yearly mammogram and perform breast self exam.

Unusual: The only way vision would be related to bc is if the tumor had metastasized to the brain which is not terribly common (mets to bone, liver, and lung are more common in bc). Some chemotherapy is associated with eye symptoms.
