Will i be in pain after surgery for a kidney stone?

Limited time only: Surgery for a kidney stone relieves the pain due to the stone. However, any surgery will have pain associated with it. The pain is usually controlled with pain meds and is limited to the days of the healing. Of course, different procedures have different patterns of pain. Ask your doctor about his planned procedure and he will alleviate your fears about it by giving you the accurate information.
