Give it some time: If you accidentally conceived 3 months ago, it is clear that there are no problems with either you or your partner's fertility, as long as you have the same partner. A normal, healthy young couple can often take at least 6 months for a pregnancy. Sometimes, the cycles right after a pregnancy or abortion are not as good as several months later.
