Yeast infection: This could be a yeast infection that has caused some irritation leading to the change from thick white to pink. There may be other vaginal infections that this could be as well. You could try an over-the-counter yeast infection medication, but you may also wish to see your physician to be tested for specific infections and have a specific treatment prescribed.
