May be a...: Nerve issue. Some forms of nerve disorders have this sensation as an initial symptom. Please see your primary care doctor to get a diagnosis and possibly a referral.

Neuropathy : Of some sort. Need to have it evaluated to determine if the source is localized or more proximal. Diagnostic nerve blocks are sometimes helpful as are emg/ncv testing.
