Many possibilities: Possibilities include a benign tumor, skin cancer, cyst or abscess, insect nite or foreign body reaction, localized infection, deep fungal or atypical mycobacterium infection. You should see a doctor or dermatologist for possible biopsy and proper diagnosis and treatment.
