Needs to be seen.: If she's having chest tightness when she breathes, this could be asthma, and needs to be evaluated. Is it all the time? Yawning would need to be clarified -- when/why/what brings it on, makes it better/worse, etc., and a thorough history and evaluation by her pediatrician with referral to a specialist if needed is indicated.
