Of course: Once your injury is healed whether it be a sprain or fracture, you should be able to participate in all activities. If your injury is not fully healed you may continue to have pain and that may need to be evaluated.

Depends: If you fractured a bone and it has healed, yes. If you sprained your wrist and it has healed, yes. But if the bone or sprain has not completely healed you might need surgery before returning to sports. See a hand surgeon.
