See the answer: There is no natural breast augmentation if your genetic make-up does not allow for large breasts. If you are referring to breast augmentation with fat, then it is a great procedure, but must be done by a really experienced surgeon. The breasts can and should be enlarged by one to one and a half cup sizes only. Any overcorrection leads to complete fat loss and complications.

No pills...: There aren't any pills or creams that are yet proven to give permanent breast size increases. Fat grafting does work - using your body's own natural tissue, but is a surgical procedure.
