There are many.: Old standby was prednisone. Newer agents include Humira and enbrel, (etanercept) in addition to cyclosporine, azothioprine, and others.

Nothing, non-steroid: If treatment necessary, non-steroidal anti-inflammatory agents and steroids (only for certain symptoms) are the first consideration.

There are several...: Prednisone is the usual first line therapy. If that doesn't control symptoms, then methotrexate or azothioprine can be tried. Acthar is another very expensive drug that seems to have a very good effect.
