+bootylicious -many: Why the benefits are an enhanced buttock profile, the risks include infection, hematoma, wound breakdown, over-correction, under-correction, partial or complete temporary or permanent sensory or motor nerve injury, implant exposure, extrusion, migration, rotation, distortion with muscular compression, visibility, palpability, need for subsequent revisionary procedures & inability to predict exact.

Buttock Implants: I perform fat grafting to the buttock where I remove excess fat from other areas of the body such as the waist, hips, thighs, or abdomen. Then that fat is cross-layered into select portions of the buttocks to improve projections and form.
