Yellow discharge: It is likely that you are describing a vaginal discharge rather than leaking urine. Bladder infections may cause urinary leakage but also cause pressure and burning on urination. Mild vaginal infections may not cause any symptom other than a light discharge--a yellowish discharge is most typical of trichomonas infection, but could also be gardnerella. Treatment of either of these is with flagyl.
