Yes.: Even though fetal heart tones by doptones are reassuring for now, if the bleeding persists or was indeed moderate bright red vaginal bleeding as you say, you could be still at risk for miscarriage, or other problems such as cervicitits. See your gynecologist to investigate this further. Take Folic Acid 1-5 mg daily and best of luck!
