Something else ...: Women with regular cycles are ovulating. Ovulation disorders cause irregular cycles. If you've been trying for 10 years at age 33 'something else' is going on - you may have blocked or damaged tubes, low egg numbers and quality (diminished ovarian reserve), endometriosis, and/or your partner may have sperm issues.
