Possibly, but not..: Necessarily... Not knowing anything about your medical history, this might never occur again. Or, if it does, it may be a sign of a urinary tract infection, or diabetes, to name a few. If you have not had a physical exam lately, it might be a good idea to have a thorough exam at this time in your life. Many 26 year old are seemingly invincible, but it is wise to make sure all is okay...

Likely not: A single episode of bedwetting in an otherwise asypmtomatic adult is not likely any concern. However, if it persists, or if you have any other associated symptoms (daytime incontinence, urinary infections, pain, etc) then see your physician.
