No: If your kid is wetting diapers every 4 hours and filling out (growing) the actual volume is less important. We expect at least an ounce a day from 2 wks to about 3 months when it slows a little.

No: Swallows vary in their volume. But you can try pumping your breast milk to figure out how much you produce from each breast at one sitting. That way you know when your baby eats at one breast for the same amount of time, how much he is getting.
