No: Pcos does not normally cause entire body skin bronzing. It does cause acanthosis nigracans in areas where there are creases like in the back of neck, in the armpit, and between the thighs. This is a velvety darkening of the skin. Skin looks dirty but doesn't wash off. This is usually due to hyperinsulinemia.
